Steve Sunyich - CEO

Steven Sunyich founded Ideal Financial Solutions to help clients increase their cash flow and eliminate their debt. Prior to IFS, Mr. Sunyich served as Chairman and CEO of eRoom System Technology, a company focused on designing technologically advanced products for the lodging industry, and RoomSafe, Inc, where he held positions as Chairman of the Board and company president. He was also General Partner of Sunyich & Sunyich LTD, a property development company in the Salt Lake City area. Mr. Sunyich has a wealth of experience in business, finance, and software engineering.

Chris Sunyich - President

Chris Sunyich is President of Ideal Financial Solutions. In 2001, Mr. Sunyich joined the company, where he has held positions as the Vice President of Marketing and as Account Manager. Prior to joining Ideal Financial Solutions, Mr. Sunyich co-founded The Wake Shop, a popular and successful brick-and-mortar and online retail business. Mr. Sunyich utilized his experience as a semi-professional wake board champion, coupled with his outstanding business skills, to ensure that only superior quality goods and services, as well as high-level programs, designed for coaching and training aspiring athletes, were offered by the business. Mr. Sunyich continues to be committed to supporting philanthropic and community events, especially those designed for financially challenged individuals and families.

Kent Brown - COO

Kent Brown is Chief Operations Officer for Ideal Financial Solutions. Before joining IFS, Mr. Brown held positions in executive management and consulting for more than fourteen years for businesses in construction, retail, and the food service industries. Mr. Brown holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Willamette University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University.

Brian Jensen - CMO

Prior to joining Ideal Financial Solutions, Mr. Jensen worked as Vice President of Search (SEO-Search Engine Optimization) at Web.com Search Agency, a leading provider of online marketing, lead generation and technology solutions. While at Web.com Search Agency (formerly Submitawebsite.com , he managed the interactive / SEO accounts for Mercedes-Benz, JVC, Johnson & Johnson and The University of Alabama with billing revenues of 4.5 million annually. Before joining Web.com, he worked with several major interactive accounts in the relocation industry, including Bekins Van Lines, HomeGain.com and Sirva Mortgage mainly focusing on lead generation with annual client revenues of 1.4 billion dollars. Mr. Jensen holds a business administration degree from McCombs School of Business, University of Texas.

Scott M. Manson, CPA JD - CFO & General Counsel

Prior to joining Ideal financial, Mr. Manson was a financial and legal consultant for American Energy Distribution an “Inc 5000” distributor of petroleum products. At American Energy He consulted and assisted on numerous acquisitions and financing options. Prior to that Mr. Manson was Vice President – Law & Finance for Teragren LLC, an “Inc  5000” manufacturer and distributor of bamboo building products.  While at Teragren he was responsible for strategic planning as the company tripled in size and was successful in locating and negotiating an asset based line of credit while controlling all financial and accounting activities of the Company. Mr. Manson has also been General Counsel for 4 SEC reporting companies where he was responsible for all financial and accounting activities along with SEC reporting and investor relations. Mr. Manson has also been General Counsel for two other “INC 5000” companies where he was instrumental in those companies rapid growth. Mr. Manson’s experience includes fund raising, mergers and acquisitions and new systems implementation. Mr. Manson is both an Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant with a JD degree from Hofstra University School of Law and a BBA in accounting from Hofstra University.

Dan Foley - VP of Corporate Finance

Prior to joining Ideal Financial Solutions, Mr. Foley worked as an investment analyst and member of the investment committee at Wall Street Associates, a La Jolla, California based institutional money manager with $1.5 billion under management. Mr. Foley also previously served as head of investor relations and as a part of the corporate finance teams at MGM Resorts and Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas, Nevada.  His previous experience also includes several years as an associate analyst on the sell-side, covering leisure and entertainment companies at Bear Stearns in New York, New York. Mr. Foley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Utah and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Michael Sunyich - VP of Customer Retention

After ten years as a personal finance manager and coach for some of Utah's wealthiest families, Mr. Sunyich is determined to use his money management expertise to benefit middle class families struggling to stay afloat. In 2001 Mr. Sunyich designed and developed online systems and programs which provide the same money management tools and techniques to the middle class that where formerly only available to the wealthy. In 2003, Mr. Sunyich helped to change the Company's goals to offer money-saving tips to families in need. Foreseeing the looming Financial Crisis, Mr. Sunyich worked with hundreds of families in 2008 and throughout 2009 to protect their assets and save their homes.

Kurt Divich - VP of Communications

Kurt Divich is a veteran writer, copywriter, and public relations specialist who brings to Ideal Financial an extensive background in Internet media. As an Investor Relations consultant Divich has worked for numerous public companies as well as assisting political campaigns and entertainers. Divich will contribute to all aspects of the company's communication efforts, helping to enhance the corporate image and quality of materials published by Ideal Financial.
